Collect Instore - Always FREE allow 5 days for dispatch on top of estimated time stated.

Please note that Special Delivery does not automatically mean you will receive the item the very next day. We can only promise this on items showing available immediately from stock i.e. those with stated delivery of 2-4 days. Our stated delivery times fall into three categories:

2-4 Days - Available from stock, will be packaged and shipped by us next working day.
7-10 Days - Limited stocks cannot guarantee immediate dispatch, please enquire if goods are required sooner than this time frame.
2-4 Weeks - (Applies to rings only) Cannot guarantee size availability, please contact us if you need an item sooner as often rings are available within a much quicker time period.

All orders over £100 are sent by Special Delivery for security reasons. If you spend less you can still choose to upgrade to this service if you require your order faster than standard first class post. ¹ Special Delivery means that your order should be delivered on the next working day after dispatch. While we have huge stocks compared to most online retailers due to our large branch network, please note that Special Delivery does not automatically mean you will receive the item the very next day as we can only guarantee actual Next Day² delivery on items we physically have in stock. Items in stock are shown in the online store as "2-4 working days" delivery time.

Our stated delivery times fall into three categories:

2-4 Days - Available from stock, will be packaged and shipped by us by the next working day.
7-10 Days - Limited stocks means we cannot guarantee immediate dispatch. Please contact us if goods are required sooner as we will do our best to help.
2-4 Weeks - Applies to rings only. We cannot guarantee 100% size availability on all designs, as some styles cannot be altered and need to be manufactured specially for you. Please contact us if you need an item sooner as our average delivery time is usually between 4-10 working days on most lines.

² Next Day Delivery: Order before 12pm, your order will be dispatched the same day. After 12pm it will be dispatched by the next working day. If you order after 12pm on a Thursday, your order will be despatched on Friday, and should be delivered on the following working day (Monday). If you order after 12pm on a Friday your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
