Ordering your corporate gifts is easy, as our advisors will oversee your project from initial selection to delivery of your order. You can choose how you would like to buy - either by placing an order here online, over the telephone with us or by visiting one of over 100 stores across England and Wales where you can make your selection from a huge choice of jewellery, watches, clocks and gifts.

Corporate gift-giving made easy – the system in detail

1. Have a look at our suggested gift ideas online.
2. Call one of our Corporate Gift Advisors with your requirements on FREEPHONE 0800 F HINDS (0800 0344637) or email us at corporate.enquiries@fhinds.co.uk
3. We will discuss your requirements and provide all relevant information such as product availability, delivery time, etc.
4. The service is free to all users, but if an order is very large, we may be able to advise you that an extra corporate discount is also available. This will depend upon the items ordered and the order value. If you start small but increase over time, we are happy to review these arrangements.
5. We can process your order simply over the telephone** or, if you prefer, we can arrange an appointment for you or the recipient(s) to visit one of our stores to make the selection.
6. Choose how you want to receive your gifts – by post or collect in person from a store.
7. Upon receiving your order, we will keep you informed of progress and will oversee your order right up until the time you receive your gifts.
8. You will receive a receipt for all gifts purchased. All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. With any item of diamond jewellery or a gold watch you will receive a valuation certificate.

* For example, watches may require occasional servicing, new straps, etc. and diamond rings should be checked periodically to ensure that the setting is secure. We can handle all of this for you as we pass ownership of the guarantee you receive at time of purchase on to the recipient automatically.

**Payment in full or a deposit will be required at the time of placing your order. Orders can be paid for using any credit or debit card that we currently accept or alternatively by personal or business cheque. Please note that if paying by cheque we cannot dispatch any goods until the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 21 working days.
