Pay and Collect


 



Not sure if an item is exactly what you want? Want to see and touch it before you buy? Can't make your mind up between two items?

We understand that this will sometimes be the case as jewellery is such a personal purchase that you can't always see exactly how something will look, even from our rather lovely pictures.

We also positively recommend it for our more expensive diamond jewellery as we are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality we provide compared to some items we have seen offered for sale on the internet. You can also speak to our trained diamond advisors face-to-face to ensure that you end up with the perfect item for you. So while you are very welcome to shop and pay online with us, you can also choose to have your order sent to your local F.Hinds store where you can pay for it on collection. If you change your mind, you are under no obligation to buy.*

Please note that the list of stores appears in a 'Pop Up' screen - you need to check that your Web Browser is not 'blocking' pop-ups when visiting our website. If it is, a coloured bar will appear at the top of your web page asking you if you would like to allow pop-ups from our site, click on 'temporarily allow' or 'always allow' to view the store list. You may then have to re-select the collection option from the shipping methods to view the store list. Your order will normally take up to one week from when we receive it providing the item(s) you purchase are in stock (stated delivery time 2-4 days).

It’s a really great way to shop. If you would like to collect your order from a store simply select 'Collection' as your postage option when placing your order online with us. You will then be given a choice of all our stores from which to select. Once you have specified your chosen store, checkout as normal and your order will be sent to your favourite store. Upon receiving your order the store will hold your items for a period of two weeks. If they are not collected they will then be returned to our stock.

  • Select the item (s) you are interested in and add them to your shopping basket
  • Choose 'Collection' from the shipping method drop down list found in the centre of the web page. A list of stores will then appear in a pop-up window. If nothing appears please check that your web browser will allow pop-ups, a coloured message bar may appear at the top of your screen asking if you would like to allow pop-ups from our site.
  • Click on the 'Checkout' button Checkout Button
  • Enter your customer details or log in if necessary
  • Click on the next button to confirm the contact details shown - please note this is only to continue the transaction process.
  • Click on the Process Payment Button to complete the transaction Checkout Button

You are then at the order confirmation stage and an email will be sent to you confirming the order details. The store will contact you once the goods have been received by them. You should allow 3-5 working days extra for delivery to store on top of the estimated delivery time stated for the lines chosen. Please note that for orders with multiple items we will wait until all lines are ready before dispatch to store.

*Please note that if we need to specially order an item (rings in a specific size etc.) we will ask for payment in advance but offer to send an alternative size ring to the store for viewing. Rings where we do not have the correct size in stock will be supplied in a size near to it, which can then be adjusted once the ring(s) has been paid for.
