The endless or eternal loop (band) of the eternity ring is a symbol of eternal love. Stone set and most usually with diamonds they can be set with stones all around the shank, known as a full eternity or they can be partially set with stones across the top half of the shank, known as a half eternity.

There is no set time to purchase an eternity ring. Traditionally an ideal and popular time is on the birth of a couple’s first child and many believe also after seven years of marriage. At F Hinds we feel that it is very much up to the individual to decide upon the appropriate time for them. Many couples choose to do this after one year of marriage and some after 40!
