1) If you have searched for a very specific term try simplifying the entry e.g. if you searched for "Diamond and Sapphire ½ Carat Cross" simplify this to one or two keywords e.g. "Sapphire Cross".
2) If you have been given a stock reference code by one of stores in the format of a letter followed by four digits e.g. G0201 (or where the four digits are separated by a forward slash e.g. G02/01) then you should try converting it to our online code.
Online we use a six digit, numerical code simply replace the letter at the start of the reference with the number shown in the table below. The last four numbers remain the same online as those given by the store.
