Lilliput Lane

Founded in 1982 Lilliput Lane has grown to be one of the best-known collectibles in the world today. David Tate, the founder, opened a workshop in Skirsgill, England's Lake District, and the company has been there ever since.

Each cottage is skilfully hand painted and with most of the cottages made being based on real cottages they have attracted a huge following of loyal collectors. With regular retirements and new pieces every year to collect they are very much in demand.

Like all works of art, the sculptures of Lladró are brought to life through the various insights and experiences of the artists who create them. It is for this reason that the themes they represent are as varied as life itself.

Lladró's creations reflect the circle of life that sustains us and brings forth our highest emotions; they reveal a world of sentiments and experiences that distinguish what it means to be human.

The process, through which every Lladró sculpture will pass, from the very first sketch right to the firing stage, is entirely hand crafted. It involves artists and specialist artisans whose daily work has won worldwide admiration for Lladró porcelain, making each piece a unique work of art. Learn more about Lladró?

Me To You

Mike Payne (alias Miranda) drew the very first Tatty Teddy for Carte Blanche Greetings in 1987 and what a journey tatty Teddy has been on since then!

Everyone recognises him wherever he is and he always has just the right thing to say for the occasion. With his famous blue nose and little tell tale signs of where he has been lovingly repaired over the years he is sure to make a great companion for you or a loved one.

Willow Tree

Susan Lordi's inspiration for Willow Tree® comes from a love of family, closeness to friends and an appreciation of nature. Each represents a quality or sentiment that helps us feel close to others, heal wounds or treasure relationships to living things. Expression is revealed through gestures only... a tilt of the head, placement of the hands, a turn of the body.
