Due to the closure of our store network we are unable to take any reservation orders and have had to scale back the range of stock shown on the website.. We have restricted the range of products displayed online to those we have stock available for same/next day dispatch or where manufacturers are still able to supply items on a special order basis (these have longer delivery times between 2 and six weeks). We are still able to take and process orders for lines currently showing as available online and where offered would recommend choosing the 'Express Delivery' option. Thank you for your support and stay safe.

The Most Popular Instagrammable Proposal Locations
You’ve bought the engagement ring you know they’ll love and you have your speech ready to go – but what about the location? Quickly becoming one of the most important factors in the proposal plan, where you decide to pop the question is almost as significant as the ring itself – with 1 in 5 Brits stating that location is paramount to a successful proposal!
We’ve looked at the most popular locations for getting engaged from around the globe in conjunction with the way people want to be proposed to by their significant others. Our research looked at the most popular Instagram hashtags and the number of posts attributed to each one. Some of these tags include #bridetobe, with a staggering 12.7 million posts; #engaged with 10.9 million; #shesaidyes with 3.1 million; and #proposal with 1.9 million.
It’s safe to say that when that all-important question gets asked, we’re keen to share not only the moment, but show off where it actually happened too. So, what are the most popular locations?
Eiffel Tower, Paris
It’s no surprise that the city of love tops the list of most popular Instagrammable proposal locations! Despite its cold wrought iron structure and harsh exterior, the Eiffel tower simply oozes romance. Gracing the Parisian skies for more than 130 years, the moment you get down on one knee will be picture perfect when the sun sets with the Eiffel in the background – creating a stunning and striking silhouette behind you and your new fiancée.
A completely and utterly picturesque location, with some seriously breath-taking views overlooking crisp white, blue-topped buildings and the crystal-clear Aegean Sea. The site of one of the largest volcanic eruptions in recorded history more than 3,600 years ago, Santorini is not only steeped in history but boasts the most stunning landscapes and views – making the perfect backdrop for your #justengaged shots.
An increasingly popular travel destination, Bali makes up our top three Instagrammable proposal locations. Known for its forested volcanic mountains, rice paddies, beaches and captivating coral reefs, the island is fast becoming an iconic place to pop that all-important question. Create your own enviable proposal photograph standing on a private jetty overlooking the sunset, on the deck of a yacht or even in a helicopter overlooking the jungle! #proposalgoals.
Empire State Building, New York
For all the movie buffs out there, you’ll remember this striking location actually appeared in the classic rom-com, Sleepless in Seattle. The Empire State Building was used as the meeting cue for Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks. It seems this location is also popular among Brits too, with nearly 10% believing New York to be the most romantic proposal location.
Popular with Instagram travel bloggers and now filtering to those looking for the most Instagrammable proposal locations, Cappadocia offers something truly spectacular. This particular region in Turkey is one of the most popular in the world for hot air ballooning. Whether you’re up in the air or down on the ground admiring, you’re sure to have the perfect engagement backdrop.
Yosemite National Park, California
Offering some of the most awe-inspiring views in the world, this US national park boasts not only unique snippets of nature but stunning lakes and cliffs too. Yosemite actually went viral in 2018 when a photographer accidentally captured a proposal. He took to Twitter to find the unsuspecting couple and, with the help of social media, he tracked down the newly-engaged couple to send them their stunning proposal photos! We can’t guarantee you’ll have the same experience, but this backdrop will make for some seriously stunning shots.
Disney World, Florida
Who wouldn’t want a castle in the background of their proposal pictures? Disneyland is one of the most popular locations for couples to experience a fairytale wedding, so why not their engagement too? There’s an array of romantic locations for you to pop the question – from Sleeping Beauty’s castle and Cinderella’s Wishing Well to right in front of the iconic Animal Kingdom tree, all of which make for impressive and picturesque backdrops.
Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany
This Disney-like castle looks like something born right out of a fairytale. There are so many options to consider if you’re planning your proposal here. Why not start your day with a horse-drawn carriage up to the gatehouse, followed by an exclusive tour of the Castle – taking in its history and beauty? Your tour will end in the famous Singers’ Hall, draped in incredible paintings. It’s here that you’ll be able to propose to your love, before finally locking in your love with a love-lock that you can place onto the Marienbrücke bridge.
Whitsundays is home to the naturally-formed coral heart reef, which says romance to us! With its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear, strikingly blue waters, create the ultimate vibrant backdrop for your proposal photos here.
