Post Lockdown Notice

The following advice regarding orders, repairs and refunds applies:

Refunds - due to store closures we have extended our refund policy which means goods purchased from 1st November 2020 can be refunded within 30 days of stores being open again (subject to normal refund terms). We cannot process refunds for items purchased in store until stores reopen. The same applies to exchanges and ring sizes etc.

Ongoing orders and repairs - most manufactures continued to work during lockdown albeit on shorter weeks and/or lower staff levels. Many outstanding orders/repairs will have been returned to stores in advance of opening up again and stores will have attempted to contact customers where this is the case. If you wish to chase an order or repair please do so by phoning the store directly.

In the first case please instigate communication with us via email and we can take things from there. Please note this phone number does not deal with anything to do with stores and can only help with online orders or enquiries.
