Refunds - due to store closures we have extended our refund policy which means goods purchased from 1st November 2020 can be refunded within 30 days of stores being open again (subject to normal refund terms). We cannot process refunds for items purchased in store until stores reopen. The same applies to exchanges and ring sizes etc.
Orders in store - any orders placed in store before lockdown will be put on hold until we are allowed to reopen stores. We cannot access these goods so collection can only be made after the lockdown is lifted. The same applies to repairs and valuations etc.
Ongoing orders and repairs - we expect most manufacturers will continue some form of service, but this may be limited or slowed as they also have furloughed staff and/or work shorter weeks. We expect the majority of orders and repairs to be available when the stores reopen, subject to us being able to have transferred the order out of the store before lockdown commenced.
