Recreation of lost ring

A customer had lost a treasured, irreplaceable ring with sentimental value. We collaborated closely with her to recreate the piece, capturing its original beauty and emotional significance.
The process:
A customer recently visited her local F.Hinds store in search of a replacement for a cherished ring she had sadly lost. After browsing the window displays, nothing quite captured the special meaning or sentiment she was hoping to find. That’s when our team introduced her to our Bespoke Design Service.
With no photographs of the original ring, it was up to our team to help bring her memory to life. She described the design in detail: a 9ct gold ring featuring a heart-shaped centre set with a diamond, and delicately detailed shoulders. Together, she and a team member created a couple of hand-drawn sketches to make sure everyone had a clear vision of the piece.
Once the sketches were approved, the design was passed to our bespoke team. With a few small adjustments, a CAD rendering was produced - and the customer was absolutely thrilled with the result.
Just four weeks later, her one-of-a-kind ring was ready for collection. It was a perfect recreation of a treasured memory, and one more happy customer left with a smile.
