Qualify for free delivery when you spend:

Free standard delivery - Orders over £50.00*
Special delivery - Orders over £200.00*

Please note that Special Delivery does not automatically mean you will receive the item the very next day. We can only promise this on items showing available immediately from stock i.e. those with stated delivery of 3-4 days. Our stated delivery times fall into three categories:

3-4 Days - Available from stock, will be packaged and shipped by us next working day.
7-10 Days - Limited stocks cannot guarantee immediate dispatch, please enquire if required.
2-4 Weeks - (Applies to rings only) Cannot guarantee size availability, please contact us if you need an item sooner as often rings are available within a much quicker time period.

** Special Delivery means that your order will be delivered 1 day after dispatch. All orders over £100 are sent by way of Special Delivery for security reasons. Should you choose to upgrade to this service because you require your order urgently please note we can only guarantee actual Next Day*** delivery if items ordered are in stock. Items in stock are shown as 2-4 days delivery time. If you choose to upgrade to Special Delivery but we do not have the item you require in stock, we will refund the difference between the cost of this and standard delivery.

 

***Order before 1pm, your order will be despatched the same day. After 1pm it will normally be dispatched the following day. If you order after 1pm on a Thursday, your order will be despatched on Friday, and should be delivered on the next working day (Monday). If you order after 1pm on a Friday your order will not be despatched until the following Monday, and should be delivered on Tuesday.
