30 Day Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If not please return it to us within 30 days with the receipt and in its original condition and packaging and we will be happy to provide an exchange or a refund. Please see our
Battery Guarantee
We will guarantee the watch battery life for 12 months. In the unlikely event that the battery fails within this period we will replace it free of charge.
Free Annual CleaningWe will clean and polish any wedding ring purchased from us free of charge once a year. Please visit you local F Hinds with your receipt.
Free Ring Size Adjustment
We will adjust the size of any gold ring free of charge at the time of purchase. If you do not know the size required at time of purchase, we will happily do this at any stage within the 30 day Change of Mind period, thus enabling you to give the ring and then simply return it for adjusting later on*.
* Please note that the ring must be returned in 'new' condition. The above service does not apply to sizes larger than R for ladies and W for men. We would need to estimate for this service at the time of your enquiry. Also some styles of ring may not be sizeable to the size required. In this instance, if within the 30 change of mind period, we would happily exchange for a different style.
Free Valuation Certificate
Every diamond we sell comes with its own valuation certificate clearly identifying its value. For all online diamond purchases this is available upon request by emailing onlinesales@fhinds.co.uk quoting your order number. If purchased in store please request a valuation at time of purchase.
Lifetime Guarantee
All our wedding rings come with a lifetime guarantee. This excludes accidental damage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Our 10-Year Diamond Pledge
Free annual inspection and cleaning service on all diamond jewellery purchased from us. We will check for any damage and advise on any work that may be needed. In addition we will clean and polish the item to help retail its original shine and lustre – all free of charge. Please visit you local F Hinds with your receipt/proof of purchase.
