Over 20,000 customers per year choose to have their ears pieced with us. It’s no secret that we have over 50 years of ear piercing experience, so if you choose to have your ears pierced with us you can be assured of value and quality. Our highest priority is the health and wellbeing for our customers and staff; before, during and after the piercing. 

Our piercers are all trained by our piercing partner, Studex, who ensure that staff are following all best practice standards and our stores are registered with their local council to prove compliance with hygiene requirements.

Here’s what to expect from an ear piercing with us.

 

The ear-piercing process

In store, our piercers are always delighted to talk you through the service and answer any questions you might have about the process and the piercing itself.  We understand that when it comes to piercing you want to feel confident that you know enough about the products and what is going to happen.  We use Studex’s Ear Piercing System 75, so you can enjoy a comfortable and quiet piercing, safe in the knowledge that the earrings are pre sterilised and loaded into the medical grade system without touching anything.  The system itself is gentle and quiet so no unexpected noises or discomfort and the good news is that the piercing itself takes a matter of seconds!

Free ear piercing

Our piercing service is FREE of charge when you select your chosen ear piercing studs.  Customers can choose from a beautiful selection of earrings, including 9ct Gold and Titanium.  All our earrings are jewellery quality, hypoallergenic and come with safety backs to keep earrings in place but also allow you to clean adequately to assist the healing process.

Aftercare

We aim to offer our customers the best possible experience so provide you with a FREE bottle of our Aftercare Solution or the opportunity to upgrade to a bottle of the Advanced Solution which reduces the amount of time you need to perform the aftercare process.  We really value the need to make sure our customers understand the importance of the aftercare steps so your piercer will take the time to explain what you need to do both before and after the piercing.

Your free 6-week check-up

As an added service, you are invited back to store for a 6-week check-up where you can ask our piercers any questions and we can just check that your piercing looks clean and healthy.  This is also a fantastic opportunity for you to use your 20% off voucher that we give all piercing customers as part of the service.
To make that first piercing a real celebration and an event to remember, we also have some lovely keepsakes for children wishing to get their ears pierced, to help create those memories.

Booking an appointment

First thing’s first, once you’ve decided to get your ears pierced with us, you will need to go ahead and book your appointment. This can be done by visiting our store locator on our website and checking to ensure your local store does ear piercing under the ‘Services’ heading. If they do, then you’re good to go and you can give your local store a call using the number provided on the page. You can also make an appointment in person by popping into your local store and speaking to a sales assistant.

 

Walk in appointments

We do also accept walk in appointments when we have the availability. But we always recommend you book first to avoid any disappointment.
