From initial enquiry to completion, the process typically takes around four weeks - subject to prompt approval of designs and specifications.

How It Works
1. Submit your enquiry form with as much detail as possible.
2. We’ll respond within two working days, either with an initial price guide or a request for further information. Send us any sketches, drawings, inspiration images, or existing artwork to help us provide a more accurate estimate.
3. If you are happy with the estimate and wish to move to the next stage, a non-refundable payment for the CAD design is required (£50).
4. Within approximately one week, you’ll receive digital CAD designs created by our goldsmiths based on your concept, along with your final quote.
5. You then approve the final design and submit payment to begin production.
6. Your bespoke piece will then be carefully handcrafted.
